In therapy sessions with me, you can expect direct communication and feedback, structured sessions, and commitment to our partnership in your treatment. I offer individual therapy sessions to adults 18 and older, and I specialize in work with LGBTQ+ trauma survivors. I offer a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR therapy. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

In individual sessions, we will talk through what approach you are the most interested in, or what has worked best for you in the past, and created a customized plan from there. I offer and am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, somatic approaches, and narrative therapy.
However, I often find that these approaches as they are originally written are not enough in that they do not consider the wide range of neurodiversity and socioeconomic realities we experience in our world today. As a clinician who deeply desires to invite my clients' fullest selves in the therapy space, I will talk through with you which parts of the above modalities may be useful, and where they will likely fall short in recognizing how your intersecting experiences of race and ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation, dis/ability, economic status, migration, and/or religion also create your reality. If you are someone who is or suspects you are neurodivergent, meaning you are Autistic, have ADHD, and/or otherwise experience your brain as outside of a neurotypical standard, know that the goal of our therapy together will not be to squash your brain into a neurotypical-appearing box, but to nurture your unique cognition and strengthen your relationship with your non-conforming self.
Many of the individuals I see for therapy sessions are exploring different aspects of their identities, processing experiences from the past and understanding how those experiences continue to influence them, or a combination of these efforts and more.
